Personalwolke, an efficient HR software for time tracking, travel expense and project time management, as well as personnel data administration, is planned to be migrated to Kubernetes. Workflow EDV aims to leverage the benefits of Kubernetes' flexible scalability and has partnered with WhizUs for comprehensive knowledge building. Through a practically oriented workshop, where each participant was provided with a fully automated cluster environment and IDE, knowledge of container orchestration in Kubernetes was strengthened and developed through numerous practical examples of different deployments, storage integration, and network configuration in the cluster. After two intensive workshop days, the Workflow EDV team was equipped to independently carry out the initial steps of the Kubernetes migration.
